Struggle to shed 20 kg, arthritis and fibromyalgia

I will accept all friends requests. I am very crushed at my night-binging and restrictive-binging behaviours. I decided to try to eat a maintain weight for my goal weight and will minus 300 kcal. With possibly days that zi eat a bit more. I might take 1-2 years to shed this, but I hope to get rid of them for good, and to live a healthy live that I also dreamed of. It has been 3 years since I have gained 22 kgs. Let’s join force to win this

    Welcome!

I think it's great that you're planning to take it slow. That's the best approach. A 300 calorie deficit is a good start. It's a small deficit, so you still get to eat plenty of food, and it's still a level where you will slowly lose fat.

Since you're taking the long view, you know how important it is to stick to it. Don't quit!
