Stability in weight loss

Hi all

I have started Ems since august along with excersing twice a week , this went very smoothly then from 2 months my weight loss stopped and I never lost any more weight and this is really disappointing me

    What else is there that you do? How does your calorie intake look like? For weight management, 90% comes down to managing calories and only 10% or so to exercise.

    You most likely are eating more calories than you think. I would suggest logging all meals and snacks and weigh and measure all foods even dressings, sauces etc. your caloric intake will likely be higher than you thought. Eating out can also be a source of extra calories than you log since there are addded oils, sauces you can predict. I would suggest greatly limit eating or ordering out.
