62 year old female, 5’5”. I am married, semi-nomadic (we live in three states, Mass, Maine, Florida).
SW WW Sept 29, 2001 - 168.8 (initially lost 29.8, became staff, then weight up and down 18 years with low of 126.8)
SW MFP Sept 14, 2020 – 153 (lost 40, then stress took off another 2.2 lb with low of 120.8, then stress became gain)

Continuing to figure out maintaining, and to work on best nutrition and exercise.
History:Harry and Han are our cats, who travel with us. Have two “kids”, who are very much adults, a DGS, and second GS on the way. We have three parents, 88(father), 86(mother), 84(MIL) still with us, and I have logically been needing to help them more as they age. I got my act in gear during COVID, somewhat inspired by NOT becoming my parents. I lost 30 lbs and was exercising daily. Unfortunately, I am an “all in or not” person. Hubby and I seeing our family home and downsizing distractions, plus medical incident with my father and all their new needs, became an excuse (father has since passed and I am DPOA, Personal representative AKA executor, trustee, and oversee the majority of my mother’s care). A year and a half later, I gained 25 lbs and lost all my athletic improvements. I need to figure out balance and how to make health be a daily priority for life!

Hello! This is my 5th round. The first 4 were in preparation for a dance performance, cruise, and my daughter's wedding and they were very successful! I felt more confident on stage, I only gained 2 pounds on the 11 vacation, and fit nicely in my mother of the bride dress.
My next goal is to lose 15 pounds, or 1 pound per 10 days, over the next 5 months. At that time I'll see how I'm feeling and reassess then. It's good to be back!

About meI'm in this for a second go! I'm struggling with motivation at this point in the year, but the 10 day challenge definitely helped - hoping to keep logging, drink more water and keep getting in all of my vegetables! I work out plenty but I'm having an issue with staying below calories. Two small kids and a husband who are always snacking is not helping. I lost 20 lbs last year, have put 5 back on, and I don't want any more coming back! Hoping to lose 15 more this year.

I’m a 65 year young Oregon gal working on getting rid of those last 5-8 pounds. Last round I hit my first goal of 135, now working to hit my next goal of 130. The plan this round continues to be a minimum of 10,000 steps 👣, 2-3 days a week at the gym🏋️♀️, logging ✏️ everyday with no snacking after 8:00, and limiting the 🍷to social events only. And of course guzzling the water 💧!!!

01/17 - 152.5 - A drop after low carb day and TMI. I was also able to get the heaters working long enough and good enough to get just enough flow of water for a quick shower for both BF and I. It wasn't thorough, but I don't feel so awful and gross anymore. No workouts until a shower is guaranteed which may not be until next week. We may be above freezing during the day, but we're below freezing overnight until Sunday (or so the forecast says) and our pipes have proven that overnight is enough to stop the water flow. I'm content to maintain 152.x for this round given the circumstances to start off. If I lose more, great! If not, maintenance is the goal. 01/17 -182.6- (Trend weight 181.8) I’m turning this weight around. I don’t feel like changing my colorful “cross off chart” on all my challenges and I don’t feel like changing my ticker. So I am going to have to stick to the plan if I want to be an honest woman. I’ve been doing well on my meals-it’s the snacks that I have to worry about. I think the main problem is that I am staying up too late which puts me hungry again so many hours after my dinner. I’ve mainly been sticking to “approved” snacks, but it’s still eating into my exercise calories on some days. I don’t want to maintain I want to lose, so I’ll have to work on bedtime. Goals for this round to, to lose 1.5 pounds, stay strong look forward to next holiday – s week with the family in this country with a heated indoor swimming pool on site which we plan on using every day, that’s 4 weeks away so I’d ideally like to lose 5 pounds, that is doable if I am sensible and don’t binge eat. Good luck everyone for a successful round.Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, it’s taken me 75 rounds to achieve target of 130 = back to maintenance!! But then I crept up again, so need to get back to around 134. A healthy lifestyle must be a permanent way of life.

Hi all, it’s my third round. I’m going slow but at least it’s going down. I’m 34 years old and 164 cm (5’ 4.5”). The highest weight I saw on scale was 105.9 kg. I started on December 30, 2023 with 104.7 kg. I aim to lose 30 kg probably in 2 years, realistically. I just try to eat more vegetables, decrease carbs, increase protein, calorie deficit and go to the gym 3 times a week. I’m not very strict (I hate strict diets) I sometimes eat pizza and drink beer however I still try to be in my calorie limit. I am ok with losing it slowly but eating everything. I hope I can be consistent and this can be my lifestyle.
