Does anyone have any quick tips/advice for someone who’s not great with technology& new to MFP?

Hi I’m brand new to this , I’m about to start a 10week challenge tomorrow and I feel nervous as I don’t even know how to log my breakfast / food for the day , so already I’m feeling like I’m going to be useless before 9am 🙈 Help ! All support great fully appreciated.

Don't be nervous. Like almost everything, there's a learning curve. Like almost anything, you'll probably make mistakes. That's OK. Learn from them.
Does your ten-week challenge include any specific goals? Have you set a goal in MFP?
To log your breakfast, go to your food diary and look for a category called "Breakfast." Click on "Add Food." Search for one of the items you're going to eat. Enter the amount. That's it!
