Hello all and hope your journey has been successful. I am here to try to lose some weight and not gain as I have just quit smoking. Today is day 11. I am using nicorette gum as I have smoked 25 years. Good luck to all.

Congratulations for kicking the cigarette habit. That is a huge accomplishment that will make a huge improvement in your life. It won't be bad for your wallet either!
A good first step is to set some good goals that are measurable and have a deadline. They ought to be difficult but achievable, and they should be specific. Then find ways to achieve them. Get some good ideas by checking out some of the "Most Helpful Posts" like:0
