Hi! I've been using MFP on and off for years, and just started again a few weeks ago. A little history about my health and wellness journey- I had 4 kids and my weight has been up and down between 135 and 180. I started using Ladyboss in 2020 and lost a lot of fat and gained a lot of muscle. In 2022 I started taking an anti anxiety medication and gained almost 50 pounds! So here I am trying to get back on track!
