Hey hey hey. I’m new here but not new to this weight loss journey. I have tried several unsuccessful methods and I’m determined to get it right this time. I just need motivation and support. I really do not have that in my home unfortunately. They are content with their weight and unhealthy eating habits - I’m not!

Welcome to the MFP Community!
As long as you keep experimenting with new tactics, learn from the ones that don't work out, then try something else . . . you'll succeed. Only quitting the effort is a fail.
I'm a strong believer that motivation comes from within. I'm also a strong believer that it's a good idea to pick an approach that requires the minimum of motivation, i.e., to experiment and find new habits that are pleasant, or at least tolerable/practical, and also lead to successful weight management. Radical extremes aren't essential, and can be hard to stick with long enough to lose a meaningful total amount of weight.
I hear what you're saying about creating a social context where pursuing health/fitness is an accepted norm. For me, participating in the Community here, making it a point to subscribe to (non-scammy) health and fitness newsletters and such, and seeking out environments (like my Y or rowing club) where other people pursue similar goals . . . that was helpful.
You might want to take a look at some of the groups/threads in the Challenges or Motivation part of the Community. In that area, there are some groups/threads that can create a sort of support group. Direct links:

Different options there have different "personalities"; you can read their intro post and figure out whether one or more might suit you. It's a good way to get support, but also a good way to (virtually) meet like-minded people.
FWIW, I didn't much talk about weight loss to people in my real life who weren't also pursuing it, ditto for talking about being active to people who don't value it. Those conversations tend to be unproductive at best.
Best wishes for success!0
