Welcome Peter!
What are some strategies that you're going to incorporate to get to that goal? I hope you also develop some really good habits that you will continue after you get back to your youthful weight from ten years ago. It's a great idea to take it slow. You probably already know that. If it took ten years to gain it, expect it to take at least a little while to lose it. Going slower will reward you in the end.

Welcome, Peter!
I joined at that same age, 59. MFP was a huge help for me in reaching my goals. I'm 68 now, active and still at a healthy weight. I feel better than I did at 45, honestly.
I'm cheering for you to succeed with your goals - the effort is worth it!0 -
Thanks everyone0
