Getting back on the wagon - 142 lbs(+) to lose

I'm 36, been on and off this wagon a few times since I hit 420 lbs and finally realised something needed to change.

My goal is to get back under 200 lbs by 2026. I'm eating a plant-based diet with 16:8 IF & trying to get 8k+ steps a day. I have a dog and recently moved onto a canal boat which has definitely upped my activity levels.

Looking for a group of accountability buddies to share our journeys back to health. Any gender, any weight, any goal, any diet, all are welcome.

Starting Weight - 420 lbs (FEB 2023)
Current Weight - 342 lbs (JAN 2024)
Goal Weight - 199.9 lbs (???)

    I was happy with myself at lunchtime today, went to Subway and bought a 6 inch sub & some hash browns. Usually I'd go wild with a footlong sub, hash browns, three cookies and a pack of crisps.
