I'm back after a long absence. I'm having to drop 30 pounds for health reasons. I've tried every diet out there. No results. I'm here to get serious. I'm trying intermittent fasting. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Welcome!
You can succeed with your goal if you want. You just have to stick to it. Go through the guided set-up and get a daily calorie goal, then try to hit that. Don't go under it - hit it. Don't be too aggressive with goal set-up. Go slow. Then stick to it! Develop habits you will keep in perpetuity. That's the best way.
