    Day 25. Chair yoga 45 min.

    I have never tried to freeze cabbage rolls but it sounds like a good plan.

    I made my pie dough today and tomorrow I will bake.

    Sounds like an interesting book!

    Hope everyone who is celebrating has a very nice Thanksgiving tomorrow. Safe travels for those venturing out and enjoy your time with family/friends.

    Lots of frost on the trees this morning and it looks so pretty.

    I bake and then freeze my cabbage rolls ahead of time and they turn out really good. Is a time saver for sure.

    Down another .5 of a pound this morning and happy about that. Slowly getting to my goal weight.

    Treadmill 25 minutes.

    Joy, so happy about your weight loss—for some reason I am having trouble maintaining.

    I will just eat a lot tomorrow and try to get back on track.
