I did gain this week but no where as much as I thought I would. I gained.6lbs for a total gain over two weeks of 2.4lbs. I'm going to stick with 1200-1500 calories for awhile. Here's to getting back on track!

That's not bad at all. Don't punish yourself for your much needed break though. Also, if you are at all dehydrated you might not have even gained that! I find that limiting carbs for a few days after a break and pushing water has weight falling off quickly for the first week as all the water weight sheds. Sometimes, after that, I weigh less than I did before my break. It usually takes me 3-4 days at least to find what my new "starting" weight is after a break.1

You did fine. Still bet you itβll all be gone in a week or so. Glad you got out of the house, but not out of the snow and ice, if the news is any indication!2
