May have overreacted 😁

I did gain this week but no where as much as I thought I would. I gained.6lbs for a total gain over two weeks of 2.4lbs. I'm going to stick with 1200-1500 calories for awhile. Here's to getting back on track!

    Don't overreact. Yo-yo. Nuff said.

That's not bad at all. Don't punish yourself for your much needed break though. Also, if you are at all dehydrated you might not have even gained that! I find that limiting carbs for a few days after a break and pushing water has weight falling off quickly for the first week as all the water weight sheds. Sometimes, after that, I weigh less than I did before my break. It usually takes me 3-4 days at least to find what my new "starting" weight is after a break.

You did fine. Still bet you it’ll all be gone in a week or so. Glad you got out of the house, but not out of the snow and ice, if the news is any indication!
