The app is great, but before I pay for the premium… I wanted to know if anyone knows how to connect my workout with Orange theory?

I can't think of a direct way to link OTF to MFP.

You can manually log the workout with the exercise database, or you can get a fitness tracker and wear it to OTF in addition to whatever monitoring they use.

I don't know what data OTF gives you, i.e., whether it includes a calorie burn estimate. If it does, you can create your own custom exercise and log your OTF workout with the calorie estimate they give you.

The cardio exercise database in MFP already includes an "Orangetheory" entry you could use. I don't know whether the calorie estimate is accurate, but it doesn't seem crazy-improbable based on my understanding of OTF. (I don't OTF, but do row (machines and boats), and have friends
who do OTF so have a vague idea what they do.)

None of the above requires premium MFP: It can be done entirely in free MFP.

Here’s how I got it to work using my iPhone. After I finish a class, I open the OTF app to see my class stats, which will then transfer that info to my health app, which then transfers it to MFP. You have to make sure the apps are sharing health data too. I’m new to OTF so there’s probably an easier way, but for now at least it’s something.
