Hi I’m 60 and it’s taken me years to get it right well getting it right. I started Semaglutide in August's for heath reasons and am down 23 lbs more importantly all my numbers are back in the normal range. I was at high risk for heart attack and stroke and on way to needing insulin to control my blood sugar and having kidney issues. I’m now working out and working on eating the right combination of fuel for my body. It’s been a growing experience. This *kitten* not easy at 60 when you’re overweight and exhausted. The days are getting easier and better and I’m starting to feel like my old younger self. Anyone else where I’m at?

Congratulations: Getting those health markers into a healthy zone is a big, big deal.
I lost weight at 59-60 myself, so I was near there, then. I'm 68 now, still maintaining a healthy weight.
You're off to a great start, and if Semaglutide is helping get you there, that's excellent.
Keep up the great achievements - IME it'll be worth the effort!

I’m 68 and am struggling to make that scale move down. I’ve been pretty consistent with logging and keeping my calorie count under 1500 to no avail. Feeling better but would like to look better!!1
