Introducing myself

Hi my names Louise im from Yorkshire in England. I’ve used app before but never seriously but it’s my 60th birthday in September and looking forward to celebrating but not at the size I am now. I do have some health problems and have blamed medication for weight gain however I think it’s time I took some responsibility and stop blaming that and look at my food intake especially the puddings I love 😂. I have already lost couple of pounds using the app so hopefully off to a good start xxx
