    Hey friends! My name is B - I live with my husband and two kids and work in community mental health. I've never not struggled with my weight, so I'm focusing on long term habits so I can live a longer and more active life with my family.

    Monthly Habits:
    Log all my food πŸ₯™
    Work out 3x/week πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
    8 glasses of waterπŸ’§
    Self Care Activity 🧢

    Sept weightloss: 6.7 lbs
    Oct weightloss: 3.1 lbs
    Nov weightloss: 2.3 lbs
    Dec weightloss: 2 lbs
    Jan weightloss: +1
    Feb weightloss: 1.8 lbs

    5: πŸ₯™πŸ’§ I meal prep everything for the week and this week I made the mistake of making a little treat that might be nice to have as an afternoon pick me up. I made macaroons. They are delicious. Chewy. Sweet. Perfect. They are 170 calories for a tiny little cookie. After 3 days of "just one more" I'm popping those suckers in the freezer. At least it will slow me down...

    If anyone is interested in joining either the Biggest Loser or Hogwarts challenges here are the links for the next rounds:

    The Biggest Loser Challenge - Based of the TV show, but of course noone gets kicked off. You are put into teams (your choosing), and each week there is a mandatory challenge - usually a list of things to try to complete during the week. You don't need to complete everything on the list, you just need to participate. Participation is the key - not perfection. There are other optional activities to participate in as well. You must weigh in weekly. You choose the team that fits you best. I'm on the Determined Desert Tortoise Team, whose focus is Slow and Steady weight loss.

    Hogwarts - Intense but if you are a Harry Potter Fan could be fun for you. You are given tasks that you must complete in order to stay with the group and weigh in weekly. There are optional tasks as well. You can ask for a specific team - but there isn't any real difference between them. I just let the sorting hat pic and landed on the Hufflepuff team.

    Jude, 67 YO, 5' 2". Highest weight 165, lowest 115. Looking to change my relationship to food to one that's healthy and sustainable.
