Hello, I’m new to this community. I started with MyFitnessPal in hopes to improve my nutrition after a recent diagnosis of celiac disease. Has anyone else found success in utilizing MyFitnessPal to maintain nutritional deficits rather than weight loss or dieting?

Yup!
Gluten insensitivity here too!
I’ve found many acceptable gluten free foods. It seems like a lot to handle in the early days, but it is definitely a manageable thing.
Restaurants are trickiest for me. Not much advice there. I just basically avoid restaurants now.0
