Hi, I've been using MFP for almost a year, but am new to the community. 43M, and my overall fitness goal has shifted from trying to gain mass to general physical health. I've been a hardgainer all my life, and that's been a struggle. I'm trying to approach physical wellness with a different attitude so that I can focus on staying healthy for myself and family as I get older.
I weightlift as my primary exercise routine, and I also try to row every week at least once (I'm a busy dad, so free time is hard to come by). I also compose and record music, create art, and enjoy cooking.
I'm open to making friends here as well, so I look forward to getting to know others here. Cheers!
