I guess it depends on your idea of healthy. Are you wanting to lose a bit of weight, re you wanting to get through the day feeling less tired? Are you wanting to be able to fight a lion to the death and win?
Small steps and changes are usually easiest to stick to. It's not about dieting persay but changing your habits so you'll likely stick it long term.
Walk instead of drive where applicable, take the stairs instead of lifts. Make healthier meal choices.0 -
