Eat more of calorie dense foods that you find tasty, and not too filling?
For many people that will be higher-fat foods: Full fat dairy and cheese if you eat dairy, nuts, nut butters, seeds, avocados, olive oil or butter on veggies or whatever, etc.
The weight-gain folks here are more likely to post in this area of the Community:

There are some good posts there, and I'd suggest looking at that area's "Most Helpful Posts" section. That includes this thread, that's quite on point to what you're asking:

If you gain weight fat, it will be mostly fat. Maybe that's OK from your perspective. I'd encourage you - if you're not already doing it - to do some strength challenging exercise alongside moderately increased calorie intake, and try to gain at least partly muscle rather than mostly fat. Weight lifting is the most efficient way to add muscle mass, but bodyweight exercise or even some types of strength-challenging cardio can make a slower contribution. If gaining is your goal, it would probably be best to stick with moderate cardio in doses aimed at basic good health, rather than something super intense or lengthy.
Best wishes!0
