Looking for tips on breaking a 3-Day water only fast? I’m on day 3 today. Feeling great eg no hunger pains

    Low-fat protein to start with. Maybe fish and some steamed asparagus. You should continue the fast benefits with low carb diet.

    Why?
    Maybe he should continue his assumed benefits with a carnivore diet?
    Maybe a vegetarian diet?
    Vegan?
    Mediterranean?

    Kinda depends what he thinks his benefits were.

    Hi, I've done this before and found what was best is something healthy and green, low carb with protein. I had a did a very large cabbage salad with avacado, homemade dressing w/lemon juice and later added fish once a day for some time and the weight just melted off.

    Hope you find what works.
