    5/26 133.0 Great Greek yesterday with local grand children (all in their 20’s except DGGS) since their mom and dad are in the Bahamas for a well deserved vacation. Today a housewarming at the new home of our blind friend and his daughter. Tomorrow a Memorial Day community picnic.
    5/27 134.0 I’m fine with that. Memorial Day community picnic this evening. Pulled pork(?) in SUPER SWEET sauce, β€œsalad” was iceberg lettuce. All in all it was a pretty disappointing meal. Two adult beverages.

    05/28 -187.2- (Trend weight 186.4) I had the family BBQ on Sunday for the Holiday and then went out-of-town shopping on Monday. I’m up 2.6 lbs from the weekend which really doesn’t surprise me since it’s been nothing but a food fest. I did not even get to post yesterday until almost 11:00 at night! Back on track today. I am going to try sticking to mainly liquids today with just one meal later tonight. If I don’t eat until about 9:00 I may be able to get by with no snacks even though I stay up pretty late. A day of liquids is not something I normally do but I really want to restrict calories today, just for the day. I would like to get rid of the bloat and as much of the 2.6 as I possibly can. What a morale booster that would be!
