My name is Donna. I am 64 years old and I live in the Midwest of the US. I am 5β 5β tall. My highest weight was 253 in 2016. My MFP start weight was 235 in 2018.
Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (Iβll know it when I get there!)

Goal Weight: 177.8 (4 pound loss)

Weight in blue makes me blue because itβs a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because itβs a loss. Weight in black means no change.

06/16-184.4-(Trend Weight: 185.5)- I would have been about a pound or more down from my last weigh-in if not for yesterdayβs calendar. Yesterday was a double whammy for sure. First a graduation (food-filled) open house for my best friends granddaughter (sitting, sitting, sitting), then we traveled out of town to go to the movies to see Inside out 2, Disney Pixar, {Sitting, sitting, sitting again}. I did not eat dinner out of town as I was still stuffed from the lunchtime open house. I also skipped all food and drinks (except water) at the movie theater. However, by last night I was hungry again and over did it. Too much food overall for the day, not enough water, and way too much sitting did me in for sure. Today is a family BBQ for Fathers Day so it wonβt likely get any better in the immediate but I will work on better numbers throughout the week for next weigh-in. Have a glorious Sunday my friends!
06/23-186.8-(Trend Weight: 185.3)- Spiraling out of control since all the travel and events. Old habits and cravings come back so easily but are so hard to beat back down. Iβll be working on this issue all week. Especially at night time when the snack monsters seem to come out in full force. All good food in the house, but that doesnβt mean you canβt overeat!

I'm Chris - 74 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
My husband and I are retired, however...we watch our Grandsons during the week. Collin is 18 months and is our Morning Duty. Ronan is in 2nd Grade and is our Afternoon Duty.
I see my trainer for 60 mins three days a week and try to walk the other four days. The walking doesn't always work out. The boys can be exhausting...
