    I tried what @fmfdfa2020 does for pounds lost in my notes app. It helped my brain A LOT to see where I’ve been and where I’d like to go. I got the colors to change and crossed out the numbers I have lost in the notes app, but it didn’t transfer when I cut and paste and I don’t see a way to change it in this posting. Any advice?

    Hi @Garbagegang I'm not sure if this is what you are asking but I hit quote on my last update and then copy and paste to a new comment and update. Here's what the numbers look like in "edit" or "quote" mode. I'm not sure what the notes app is that you are using so this may not answer your question. :/

That is one of my major problems with food; when I’m faced with a favorite thing (and I decide to allow myself to eat it), I can’t just stop at one ..and then afterwards I go looking for a “normally-not-allowed” dessert.

    @IsMollyReallyHungry, MFP says the newsfeed is rarely used :o Thats not true, but they decided to remove it anyway. I still have it on 2 of my devices, but by the end of June it will be gone for good. Heres the thread link.

    @IsMollyReallyHungry Unfortunately they have canceled it. I will miss supporting my friends including you. I will also miss all the support I've received over the years. I was not in favor of this change. Since we are friends, you can reach me anytime via the messaging center.     06/13 -183.4- (Trend weight184.8) I’m up exactly 2 lbs from my last weigh-in. I went back and forth trying to decide if I should step on the scale or wait another day. Curiosity got the best of me. Today is my daughter’s 41st birthday but there is nothing special planned for today due to her hubby having to work. Another day in the future perhaps. Today is also babysitting day for me for Owen and he is very sick. He spent night before last in the emergency room throwing up and very sick. A virus is what they were told. My reno team is not here today as they finish up another project elsewhere, but the window break guy will be returning about 4 PM to work on the front bow window outside. I’m starving again today with a stomach that is making extremely loud noises. It doesn’t want to take no for an answer. I’ve pre-logged my food for the day but may have to split it up and move it around a bit. If there’s a will there’s a way, right?

    @Garbagegang I type in the codes as shown on Jeffrey's links. Here is an example but you must remove all spaces when you use it:

    [ color=red] Hello my friend [ /color-red] That will turn the words "Hello my friend the color red then take the color off for you as well. I hope this helps. It's a bit tedious to do it but it brightens up our page a lot which I think is nice when there is a lot of posts/reading to do. Good luck!
