    🎷 66 yrs young F, 5ft 4 Round 263 (my 193rd). So grateful @Quiltingjaine for another round.
    Goals for this round;
    • to stay under 140 pounds,
    • no feeding frenzies
    • to lose!
    I need to remain consistent - it does work! Good luck for success everyone.
    Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, it’s taken me 75 rounds to achieve target of 130 = back to maintenance!! But then I crept up again, so need to get back to around 134. A healthy lifestyle must be a permanent way of life.

    6/15 138.2 – (trend 139.8) there’s that lovely number again making an entrance to start the round. 8.31 miles walked, just under 70% exercise calories eaten back.
    6/16 139.6 – (trend 139.8) 6.06 miles walked, ate out with family as an early birthday celebration for DH last night, looked at the menu in advance & selected healthily with non-alcoholic cider, uh and there was birthday cake, eat lightly beforehand, but still 500 calories over. Travel up to Liverpool today, staying overnight, eating in the hotel, but packed a healthy lunch.
    6/17 DNW - 9.94 miles walked, best guesstimate 200 calories over yesterday. Tickets booked for The Beatles Story this morning.
    6/18 140.4 - (trend 139.8) urgh, results of 2 days eating out! That's one goal missed, never mind back home now with no more events this round and all home prepared for ahead, it's more promising to get back. 7.15 miles, 75% exercise calories eaten back .
    6/19 139.6 – (trend 139.8) – And back down! 7.83 miles walked, less than 30% of exercise calories eaten back.

    6/20 140 - (trend 139.8) – drove 2 hours each way to attend little DGD’s school sports day & communal picnic followed by watching youngest at her swimming lesson. No structured walking hence calories over.
    6/21 139.6 – (trend 139.8) 9.81 miles walked, less than 50% exercise calories eaten back.
    6/22 141.6 – (trend 140) major chocolate binge ☹.so despondent with myself. 8.33 miles walked.
    6/23 141.4 - (trend 140.2) 8.27 miles walked, 53% exercise calories eaten back.
    6/24 140.8 – (trend 140.3) 12.3 miles walked, 45% exercise calories eaten back. Failed to hit any of the 3 goals this round ☹. Must try harder, first & third goal failed entirely by failing the second, need to make no feeding frenzy as my first goal, that is the crucks of my problem!! 1.6 pound gain.

    6/17 174. And still here. Got in a good walk in the neighborhood though, in spite of the heat.
    6/18 173.4 Walked early yesterday before it was too hot. Summer is here for real!
    6/19 173.2 Got in a good walk at the library park yesterday morning. Finding my groove again after the cruise, so I have hope for the rest of this round. Sugar Kiss melons have arrived at my Publix grocery store, so it’s officially summer now for sure! They spoil me on cantaloupe the rest of the year—I love them so much!
    6/20. 173.4 Not much activity during the day, so I got in a longer walk in the evening. Just had to wait till almost bedtime to do it!
    6/21. 173.4 Going camping. Won’t have great signal the next couple days, but will get in lots of exercise.

    @clprieur It's so nice to see you again! I thought I lost you when they cancelled the main feed. Great decision jumping in and not waiting more days until the next round. So happy to be sharing our journeys! I've been in a backsliding position lately but I'm working hard on getting back up on the horse and back on track. Let's do this!

    @deepwoodslady - I feel your pain on late night snacking. I have given up for now. What I do now is I save a few calories for the end of the day and I tried to eat fruits only and if I have a sweet tooth and the fruit are not doing it, I keep fudge bars or fudge popsicles on hand. Other snacks I have that I keep in my car trunk is nuts and skinny pop or other calorie friendly popcorn on hand. These are for when I need crunch. I get individual sizes of both from warehouse clubs when on sale and I can afford. Now that I am unemployed I buy big bags and make my own packs of nuts, trail-mix and popcorn. I sometimes go to bed early if I am out of calories. It doesn’t always work but it does 60 to 70% of the time.

    I tried the search engine and the farthest it want back was some 80s, 90s, and forward.

    @IsMollyReallyHungry, Molly MFP has really messed things up. I had EVERY JGTD Round bookmarked from when I started. They are a jumbled mess now and some are missing, but if you want to read through Round 64-70 I will post the links. I'll post them this evening.

    It's very enlightening to go back that far and read the posts, your own and others.
    @tiabirdie56 - thanks so much but I just needed the dates. Yes I agree it is something of a mess. but I do think it has something to do with the transition of owners.
