Hi everyone,
It’s time for change!
Last year I lost the job I loved through redundancy which affected my mental health, resulting in me comfort eating and having no motivation. The weight piled on and has gone up and down since.
This weekend I’ve decided change is needed. I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been and it’s causing my mental health to plummet again for a different reason.
I’m now in a really good, fast paced, demanding job which I love so its time to make me me again. Get fitter and lose this weight.
If anyone has any hints and tips let me know.
