Hello all, I am a WW defector! For the last year I have been losing and gaining the same 5 pounds. When i finally looked seriously at the WW points program I was eating way too many calories. I started adding up the 0 point foods yikes. I really wanted to see how many proteins, carbs and fats I was eating. So happy I found MyFitnessPal. I have 15 lbs to lose. I am 70 yo and I have started to do some strength exercises to complement my walks everyday.
