hey everyone!! I used this app as a teenager and it got to be pretty obsessive/leading into disordered eating so i took a long break to focus on my mental health instead of my weight. now I’m back at it again trying to lose enough to put me in the healthy BMI range (20-40lbs) but with an explicit focus on eating nutritious foods/intuitive eating instead of the minimum calories possible.
so far so good, but if anyone would like to chat about the nuances of weight loss while focusing on self care as opposed to shame, feel free to say hi. :)

    Hi Bloop, I am also want to lose about 20lbs but due to being afraid of gaining weight I think I just put myself into a bad state of health. So I am trying to focus on high quality foods rather than macros. I got sucked into the keto world which was not healthy for me.
