I don't know how long I've had MFP but I've deleted and started up again on and off these past several years. Now this past month I've gotten more serious and consistent with my strength training but I'm only seeing small small changes. And I know it's due to my eating habits. I would say I'm like 60/40 on eating right and pigging out on the wrong food! Delicious food, snacks and sweets are just so hard to say no to!
Anyway, I just restarted yesterday and I feel good, especially when the app says "keep this up and you'll lose such and such pounds in 5 weeks". So along with the strength training, I'm back at it and just need to be consistent and serious!
