Checking this recommended app out (day 2). Need help with it.

    Hello and welcome!

    I'm an older (68 F) . . . oldbie? ;) I've been on MFP since 2015, weight loss then 8 years maintenance.

    I'd love to help, and I'm sure others would, too, since this is a pretty helpful bunch. But that's a pretty broad question.

    Do you have specific question(s) we could answer?

    Basically, you set up your profile in MFP, get a calorie goal, log your food in your diary, and work on hitting close to the calorie goal on average most days. That's the basics.
