Targets

Hi guys, never posted on here before. Ive just logged my first day of meals in a long time. At the age of 37, I've a 2 year old and recently had hip surgery. I've used those as an excuse not to exercise, as had to stop running due to pain. Definitely feeling positive now that surgery has happened. Have a plan to get back to running and would love to get weight down to low 90kg's. Hoping some chat/accountability here will help. Cheers, andrew
