Hey guys here is. Y story I was in gret physical condition played ffootball in college 6 3.5 220 6 3.5 got up to 235 then hurt in a accident in sep 2019 acoma a month woke up Covid happened I had a head injury reduced mental stability regain to over eat lots of medicines little exercise barely any movement flash forward to today I am finally losing weight meds being reduced eating is much better calories burned between 1200 to 1800 a day cardio and weight training m. Pointers? Thoughts? I am not getting many stomach stappled just started the diabetes drug it’s wild it helps so much literally no appetite still active need advice. Pointers please!
