Starting over w MFP

Hi all, my name is Aspen ☺️ I’m restarting my nutrition journey. In the past I have tried so many things: noom, herbalife, beachbody portion fix. I’m looking not to overly restrict myself and build my mindfulness around nutrition that will create healthier habits that will LAST and be maintainable for me. I’m hoping that MFP will be a good fit for me. So far I’m finding it easy and not overly mentally distressing. I’d love to make some friends with things in common - late 20s/early 30s, short (5’3”) and/or from new england. Thanks for reading ☺️
