58 year old skinny fat recreational runner, aiming to gain some lean tissue and lose some body fat. The workout app “Caliber” has got me super-focused on keeping my workouts real and I’m looking to MFP to keep my macros on track. Hoping to rehab an injury and get back to weekly parkruns (it’s a cult) this week. Wish me luck?
