    @SModa61 Good morning. If your wondering about Truecrime items. I follow 3 or 4 different utubers, the two I am addicted to are grizzly true crime, and emily D Baker. I follow several utubers that do court cases like the jeff gorman, or the entire Murdaugh trial. I am also following several right now.

    @TrueCrimeaddict DH and I were listening to the Murdaugh trial podcasts while driving to Florida. DH kept up with them after after I stopped. For a long time, I was following the Idaho 4 (Bryan Kohberger). I use Nancy Grace's podcast to get to sleep. :P (I used to love her, but I feel her stuff is more drama than substance these days.) I'll look those two you recommended up. Another youtube that I find interesting (not really true crime) is the Behavior Panel.

    Not proud of my continual cycle of good few days followed by days of binge and scrambling to recover. Yet again I am starting again to try to overcome this, fingers crossed I’ll manage it this time. There is just over 4 weeks to my holiday, a pound a week would make me very close to where I want to be, so that is my goal for the next 3 rounds. I’ve done it before, I CAN do it again if I remain strong.
    Goals for this round;
    • First and foremost, no feeding frenzies
    • to lose!
    I need to remain consistent - it does work! Good luck for success everyone.

    8/13 140.2 – (trend 140.7) 8.89 miles walked. Not proud of my pattern at the moment, too many peaks in my eating wipes out good habits on other days and then scrambling to recover, yet again I am saying this; I must take full control consistently of daily eating habits in the hope that this time I stay strong.

    @musicsax I am in a very similar space as you. I don't know what snaps in me when I get into these dark and difficult places. Sometimes it seems easy, almost too easy at times. Then other times (like right now) it is almost impossible to pull myself out of the hole I'm in. I know we can do this. We've both found such success before. What we need is already inside of us. I am going to work very hard to reach way way deep down inside and pull it back up. Supporting you as we venture this path back, together.

    08/18 -DNW- (Trend weight DNW )I was awoken by my DGS this morning and didn’t get my weigh-in before my coffee. It’s a joy to have him here but so much more work than I remember. He starts first grade later this week. We practiced more coloring and reading yesterday.

    08/19 -192.2- (Trend weight191.1) Good meals and too many snacks again. It’s not hunger since I didn’t eat dinner until 9:00 pm and was satisfied. It’s just a thing. A bad thing. A very bad thing. Trying again today and hoping to reach that better mindset when the skies become dark and night time surrounds me. I finished the 2 season series “Firefly Lane” last night on Netflix. Wow. It will stay with me for awhile.
