I have 10 extra kg which now I have to Lois fa
That’s why I stat every morning for Suna for 15 min and swimming pool then gym for 30 min and diet planning .
Now after 1 week I lost 1 kg
I stars my plan in low exercises and i to los 1 kg ber week .
