For the past couple years used to lose it. In the past three years or four, I’ve gained 40 pounds. you do the math, lol.
I’m returning to MyFitnessPal because it has helped me lose and maintain my weight before so I believe it’ll help me again.

Welcome back!
The math? Eating roughly 100 calories over our needs on average for a year would be expected to add about 10 pounds per year. Four years, forty pounds. The math is interesting. (Obviously, in practice, there are nuances . . . !)
Best wishes reaching your loss/maintenance goals this time around!0 -
