Newbie Here!

Hi all! I have been using MyFitnessPal for about 3 months when my Dietitian recommended it (I have lost 30lbs so far!). I am in an Optifast program, and just about ready to transition back to food, so I have really only used the weight and exercise tracker. So I am sure I will be using more of the features at that point.

My goal is to lose another 30lbs, and be active every day.
