I’m Wallace,
I had an umbilical hernia in October last year, and doc suggested I continue to loose the belly fat as this will ensure it does not reappear. So I joined the gym in February this year and took on board a PT instructor. Being my first ever gym, we have done core fitness and building muscle to encourage my metabolism, I have gained great strength but have not focussed on diet, still a round belly, my PT suggested I look up an app to monitor my food and calorie consumption. I found this app, being an Apple guy. So here I am with my goal to drop from 125kg to 90kg.
