I don’t know how to get started. I need to track daily calories, my goal is 1100

Hi , My name is Donna. I am 158lbs, 4’11 & very overweight. I
am on the Mediterranean diet but going back to normal food. My goal is 1100 calories a day working towards weight goal of 135-140 lbs. I need to count daily calories and exercise about 30 minutes a day. I am in my seventies and have heart disease, pre diabetes and arthritis. I am doing this for health reasons plus I don’t like the way I feel and look. I am going to also include Core Health to help. Any suggestions?
