Losing 8kg and building muscles are great goals, but experience has taught you'll make much faster progress if you focus on one goal at a time. Your choice which to do first, but a quick tip: when you lose the fat surrounding existing muscle, the muscle visually LOOKS bigger even though it hasn't changed.
