Hi everyone, I’m Penney and I started about 3 weeks ago. I’m having a slow start with getting into a routine of logging food and exercise and I’m struggling with getting enough calories and proteins! That sounds crazy to me because my whole time ever loosing weight was cut calories! I have been given the tools with this program and I intend on learning the proper way to do it!
