Hi. I'm back to myfitnesspal after awhile away. It's a great app that I use principally for diet but I'm expanding my use. I swim for fitness. Presently, I'm an over 60 overweight male who works from home. Very sedentary. That comes with all the requisite health issues. Hence my return to this great app and community. I look forward to our journey going forward!

Swimming is a great exercise! Fun fitness activities are best, since we want to do fun things.
I'm a 68 y/o long-timer here, lost weight at 59-60, hanging around since to keep my weight in a healthy range. Rowing (boats when I can, machines when I must) is my favorite active pastime.
