Hey my name is Amelia and I’m new to my fitness pal. Well not really, used the app years ago. But now I’m back, loving the new updates, dashboard and macros counter. My hope is with this I am able to be more disciplined with food. After having baby number 3 I went from 120 to my current weight 185. My goal is to lose weight, get in shape and change the way I see good. When you scroll through social media and look at a photo of yourself and don’t like what you see, just hits different. I’m on a mission to gain back my self confidence, mobility and life back. I’m ready let’s go🏃🏽♀️➡️🔥🔥💥⚡️
