New to the community

Hello everyone,

I've been using My Fitness Pal on and off for a while, I've tried various diests and even lost 20 kg last year (44 lbs). But in June I got a newborn baby girl and it's been hard to stay on track, as she was... loud and needy.
Now, three months into fatherhood and after regaining almost 10 kg (22 lbs), I'm trying to get back on track using what I learned from a program called "Noom", which did help a lot, but is expensive. One of the things I learned there is that accountability helps, and that talking to others in a real weight-loss journey (not listening to influencers or talking to that annoying friend that can eat a bucket of chicken wings every day and still have a six pack) is very helpful. So I'll be here, posting every now and then if anyone wants to chat.
