This is my 184 day of logging everything that I eat into MyFitnessPal. I began at 278 and yesterday I weighed 197! Logging works as I am seeing the results. I am thinking about upgrading to premium for the workouts. Thoughts?

As to your specific question about whether it's worth upgrading to premium, that's highly personalized decision. There's greater access to coaching, and for some that makes all the difference. But there are also many of us (myself included) who have kept the free version for logging, and did our workout research online or here in the forums. YMMV.0
