Had to start blood pressure meds in Jan. Decided I needed to make some changes or update my will. After checking to see how much talking to a lawyer cost. Diet and exercise seemed cheaper. I've lost about 50lbs. I use an elliptical and ifit weight loss work outs and walking tours. Now that I'm over half way to my goals. I got a health tracker (pixel 2), smart scale, and apps. To get me the rest of the way. I want to get a smart blood pressure monitor but the dumb one works fine for now. So this is my health journey hope to meet my goal of 185lbs and no meds early in the new year. Started 270, I was 220 yesterday morning. I wish you all the best. Chad.
