Hi, I'm Tii and I'm a recovering WWer. Iykyk. After being on it for a long time off and on, I developed an unhealthy relationship with food, and finally hit a wall, and said "enough is enough". I still need the accountability of tracking my food though so I don't go overboard, so here I am.

Hey Tii, I too am a former WWer for maaaaaany years. Decades, even. Ironically, the most weight I lost and kept off the longest was here on MFP. Didn't stop me going back to donate to WW a bunch of times after, though.

I much prefer tracking here now. I felt like I was cheating myself and playing the system with WW, and that their newer plans especially were setting me up to load my day with 0P foods then get that blue dot by eating things I didn't need.

Here there's no gimmicks or (in some cases with WW, arbitrary) judgements on foods, I just track. I still keep to mostly whole foods and ensure that my veggies, especially, form the bulk of my meals.

Good luck! There's life after WW!
