hello fellow mfp community.
I'm back, but for good. Just getting over a back injury from the pandemic. After many chiropractor sessions for my lower back injury . I have decided to go full steam and get dialed in and once and for all lose all the fat and I need and want to lose. I weighed myself last night and weighed at 277.3 lbs . I was disgusted with my weigh in, but it also sparked something within me wanting to change for the better. I am male 5'9, 50 years of age. My goal is in the next year to lose 107 lbs of mostly fat and hopefully get lean and gain muscle mass in the process. I am prepared both mentally and physically for the next 365 days to give it 200%. I'm in it to win it. Day 1 or 1 Day. Powerful ! Feel free to follow my journey and add me as a friend. I would love to support and meet new people on here. The MFP community is always amazing.
