New and wanted to say HI.

Hi all i recently joined a few months back thought i would introduce myself, my names Paul from Birmingham England i will be 56 in a few days. I’ve come over from my old FitBit site as it’s closed down. I’m here just to track my food intake and exercise...oh and to make friends. I’ve recently gone from 294 pound down to 154 pound, i run 10 mile a day do 45 minutes Dumbbell work for arms and chest and also do 30 minutes Abs work in the morning , sit-ups crunches reverse crunches and bicycle kicks.
